Can I order from outside Russia?
Yes — most of our English-speaking customers order from abroad for family and friends in Russia. The easiest way is to message us on WhatsApp or Telegram: we will confirm the bouquet, the address and a convenient payment option for your situation.
How fast is the delivery?
In most cities the bouquet is delivered within 1–2 hours after the order is confirmed. Same-day delivery is standard; you can also schedule a specific date and time slot.
Will I see the bouquet before it is delivered?
Yes, on request we send you a photo of the assembled bouquet before the courier leaves, and a photo of the happy recipient after delivery.
What if the recipient is not at home?
The courier calls the recipient in advance. If needed, we can deliver to a neighbour, a workplace, or agree on another time — we will keep you updated in the messenger.
Are the prices final?
Prices are set in Russian rubles; the $ and € amounts shown are an approximate reference at the Central Bank exchange rate. Delivery cost depends on the city and district and is confirmed before payment.
