Berlin Flower Delivery with Pyat Tsvetov

Pyat Tsvetov (5 Flowers) offers Berlin flower delivery: choose a bouquet on our Berlin delivery page, enter the recipient’s address and card text, and pay online in rubles. The displayed price already includes delivery. Check the options shown at CloudPayments checkout before paying, as acceptance of every foreign card is not guaranteed.
Customers planning a gift abroad often need help with the same details: choosing an appropriate bouquet, writing a card and avoiding an address mistake. We have operated flower shops in Saint Petersburg since 2011 and also deliver abroad to 53 countries and more than 1,630 cities. This guide explains what matters when sending flowers to Berlin, with separate guidance for readers also arranging a gift to Russia.
Start with the Berlin page and the full address
Begin with the destination before choosing the flowers. Berlin is on our international delivery list, and its city page is the place to select a bouquet for that destination. Our Germany delivery page covers 45 cities, including Berlin, Potsdam, Düsseldorf, Bonn, Leipzig and Münster. If the recipient lives outside Berlin, check the actual city instead of assuming a Berlin order covers it.
Prepare the recipient’s full name, street, building number and postcode before entering the address. Add an apartment, floor or company name when it helps identify the destination, and check that the name matches the doorbell or reception details. Copy German street names carefully, including any letters with accents. A familiar nickname may suit the card, but the address needs a name that helps identify the recipient.
For a workplace gift, establish whether the address leads to a staffed reception or directly to the recipient’s office. For a home address, check any entrance details you already know rather than guessing. Keep access information separate from the personal message so both remain clear. These checks are especially useful when you are ordering from another country and cannot easily correct a missing detail in person.
Choose flowers for the relationship and the setting
In the shop, we often start with the recipient’s taste rather than a supposed universal meaning of flowers. Red roses commonly suggest romance, while a mixed bouquet can feel less intimate for a colleague, host or friend. These associations vary between people and cultures, so a favourite colour is often a better guide than symbolism. Choose from the bouquets shown for Berlin rather than assuming a design from another destination is available there.
Think about where the bouquet will stand after it arrives. Someone with a small desk or a narrow kitchen table may appreciate a manageable arrangement more than a very wide one. Consider whether the recipient enjoys arranging stems or usually puts flowers straight into a vase. Use the description and photographs to assess the bouquet’s shape, without treating a photograph as a precise indication of its dimensions.
Fragrance is another practical consideration, particularly for an office, shared room or someone sensitive to scent. If you know the recipient dislikes strongly scented flowers, let that preference guide your choice. For a household with pets, check the safety of the named flowers before choosing; lilies are particularly dangerous to cats. When the composition is unclear, seek clarification rather than assuming every mixed bouquet suits the home.
Bouquets we can deliver
Write a card that makes the gesture clear
A useful card identifies the occasion and says something personal without requiring a long explanation. For a birthday, one specific wish usually feels warmer than a list of formal compliments. For thanks, name the kindness you appreciated. Write in the language the recipient reads most comfortably, and check names carefully before submitting the text.
For a professional gift, keep the message warm but restrained and sign with your name or team name. A bouquet sent after a difficult event needs equally careful wording: a simple expression of support can be easier to receive than advice. Avoid language that asks the recipient to respond immediately. The flowers should leave them free to enjoy the gesture in their own time.
Our delivery is anonymous by default: the courier does not name the sender, and a card with your text is free. If you want the recipient to know who sent the bouquet, include your name in the message itself. This matters particularly when your relationship is mostly long-distance or several people might send flowers for the same occasion. Read the finished text once for tone and once for spelling.
Understand Berlin pricing, payment and timing
An international order follows the same basic process as an order in Russia: choose a bouquet on the country or city page, enter the address and card text, and pay online. For Berlin, the price is already converted to rubles and includes delivery. The Russian city delivery charge does not apply to this international ordering arrangement. Review the destination and bouquet together before proceeding to payment.
Online checkout uses CloudPayments, and the available payment options should be checked on the checkout screen. Do not assume that a card issued outside Russia will be accepted simply because the order is for Germany. Check the payment result before treating the purchase as complete. If you need help with an order, our phone number is 8 (812) 507-67-05.
Our published Russian express service and delivery windows do not establish a delivery schedule for Berlin. For an occasion tied to a particular date or hour, clarify the Berlin arrangements before relying on a specific arrival time. If you are planning from abroad, remember that your own calendar and clock may differ from the recipient’s. The Flower delivery abroad page, which is in Russian, lists our international destinations.
Help the recipient keep the flowers fresh
If the bouquet arrives as cut stems intended for a vase, start with a clean vase and fresh water. Remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline, then trim the stem ends with a clean, sharp tool before arranging them. Follow any care instructions supplied with the flowers, since different stems can need different treatment. Avoid packing the vase so tightly that checking the water becomes awkward.
Place the flowers away from radiators, strong direct sunlight and ripening fruit. Check the water daily, top it up as needed and replace it when it becomes cloudy. If flower food is supplied, use it according to the packet instructions rather than estimating the concentration. Remove fading flowers and fallen leaves so they do not remain in the water with the healthy stems.
A bouquet in a container may need different care from loose stems, so first check how the flowers are held. Do not pull apart a fixed arrangement simply to follow general vase advice. Choose a stable spot away from the edge of a table, particularly in a home with children or pets. A short care note can be useful, but it need not take over the personal message on the card.
Sending flowers to Russia as well as Berlin
If you are in Germany and want to send another bouquet to family in Russia, we deliver flowers across Russia too. City delivery costs 500 RUB; for remote districts and suburbs, the operator confirms the price when confirming the order. Keep those conditions separate from the delivery-inclusive price for Berlin. Our Delivery and payment page is a useful reference when planning a Russian destination.
In large Russian cities, express delivery is available within 1–2 hours after order confirmation. Other options are an exact time with a tolerance of 30 minutes either way, or the windows 09–12, 12–15, 15–18 and 18–21. Orders can also be placed 1–30 days ahead. Delivery in Saint Petersburg is around the clock; that condition should not be extended to Berlin or every Russian city.
For delivery in Russia, the courier calls the recipient about 15 minutes before arrival, so provide a number they can answer. If the recipient is absent, we agree a second delivery that day or, with the sender’s consent, hand the flowers to a neighbour or concierge. Consider which alternative would suit the recipient before ordering. Accurate contact details help make that decision easier if their plans change.
