How to Place the Order When You Are Outside Russia

Senders outside Russia run into two practical walls immediately: payment and communication. On payment, we accept international bank cards through our website checkout, and orders can also be placed via WhatsApp or Telegram with payment handled through a link we send to you. You do not need a Russian bank account or a Russian phone number to complete the transaction. On communication, the order form requires a contact number for the sender, and a foreign mobile number works fine — we will reach you on WhatsApp or by email if there is anything to clarify. The recipient's number must be a working Russian or DPR-registered number so the courier can coordinate arrival.
