How to Send Flowers to Egypt with Pyat Tsvetov

You can send flowers to Egypt with Pyat Tsvetov (5 Flowers), with delivery available in 53 Egyptian cities, including Cairo, Hurghada and Sharm El-Sheikh. Choose a bouquet on the relevant country or city page, enter the recipient’s address and your card message, then pay online in rubles; the displayed bouquet price already includes delivery. Start with Flower delivery to Egypt to find the destination and the bouquets listed there.

Customers arranging a gift from another country usually need to settle three details first: the correct destination, a suitable bouquet and a usable delivery address. Pyat Tsvetov has operated since 2011 and has three flower shops in Saint Petersburg; our international delivery coverage includes Egypt. The advice below explains how to prepare an Egyptian order, choose flowers thoughtfully and keep the arrangements clear when you and the recipient are far apart.

Check the Egyptian city before choosing flowers

Begin with the destination rather than a bouquet you have seen elsewhere on the site. Alongside Cairo, Hurghada and Sharm El-Sheikh, our Egyptian delivery list includes Abnūb, Abū Kabīr, Abū Qurqāş, Abū Tīj and Akhmīm. These examples are part of a list of 53 cities, so check the country page for the recipient’s actual city. Similar spellings and transliterations make it useful to compare the city name with the address the recipient uses.

There is also a delivery listing called Egypt in the United States, so the word “Egypt” alone does not identify the intended destination. For an address in the country of Egypt, check that you are browsing the Egyptian country or city page before selecting flowers. The Flower delivery abroad directory lists all our international countries and cities and is in Russian. It is a useful starting point if an English search has brought you to an unexpected destination page.

Choose a bouquet for the person and the occasion

A recipient’s preferences are a better guide than a rigid list of flower meanings. For a romantic gift, choose colours or flowers they already enjoy; for a friend, relative or colleague, let the message explain the occasion. Red roses often carry a romantic association, but individual tastes and cultural expectations vary. If you are unsure, compare the bouquets shown for the Egyptian destination and choose a colour palette that suits the person rather than relying on symbolism alone.

Think about where the flowers will stand as well as how they look in the photograph. A bouquet intended for a desk or bedside table should be manageable in that space, while a larger arrangement needs a suitable surface and room around it. For someone sensitive to fragrance, consider the flower varieties described in the listing and avoid choosing by colour alone. In a home with cats, avoid lilies: their pollen and other plant parts can be highly toxic to cats.

Prepare the address, card text and online payment

Once you have selected the correct Egyptian destination, choose a bouquet from that country or city page and enter the address carefully. Include the building and apartment details where relevant, and distinguish the recipient’s name from the name of a hotel, office or residential building. For a hotel address, establish whether the recipient will still be staying there when the flowers are intended to arrive. A clear address helps prevent ambiguity; a landmark alone may leave the actual destination uncertain.

Enter the card text as you want the recipient to read it, checking names, spelling and the language of the greeting. International orders are paid online in rubles, and the displayed price is already converted into rubles and includes delivery. Checkout uses CloudPayments; check the payment options displayed there for your card rather than assuming every foreign card will work. The 500 RUB city delivery fee applies to Russian cities and should not be added to the Egyptian bouquet price.

Plan around the recipient’s schedule and write a clear message

For a birthday, anniversary or short holiday stay, establish the intended date before placing the order and check the delivery information provided for the Egyptian destination. Our Russian express service and Russian delivery windows do not establish a timetable for Egypt. Avoid building a plan around a one- or two-hour arrival unless the applicable order details confirm it. For questions about an Egyptian order’s timing or address, call 8 (812) 507-67-05 and explain the destination and the date you need.

A surprise works best when the recipient can understand the gift and has somewhere to put it. For a workplace delivery, keep the message appropriate to a setting where colleagues might see it; for a personal celebration, add one detail that makes the greeting recognisably yours. Sign the card if you want the recipient to know who sent the flowers. If you are unsure about religious or family etiquette, follow the recipient’s expressed preferences and keep the wording simple and respectful.

Help the recipient keep cut flowers fresh

If the selected flowers arrive as a cut bouquet, the recipient should use a clean vase and remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline. Recutting the stem ends with a clean, sharp tool before placing them in water helps the flowers take up water. If flower food is supplied, follow its mixing instructions rather than guessing the amount. A vase crowded with stems can be difficult to clean and refill, so choose one that holds the bouquet comfortably.

Position the bouquet away from direct sunlight, hot appliances and the direct airflow of an air conditioner. Check the water daily, top it up as needed and replace it when it becomes cloudy, cleaning the vase at the same time. Remove fading flowers and leaves as they deteriorate, and keep the arrangement away from ripening fruit. These steps support freshness, but vase life varies with the flower varieties and conditions in the recipient’s room; a fixed lifespan cannot be assumed.

Sending another bouquet to Russia: the delivery rules differ

If you are also sending flowers to someone in Russia, we deliver across the country, with city delivery costing 500 RUB. For remote districts and suburbs, the operator confirms the delivery price when confirming the order. In large Russian cities, express delivery is available one to two hours after confirmation, or delivery can be arranged at an exact time within 30 minutes, in the windows 09–12, 12–15, 15–18 or 18–21, or pre-ordered one to 30 days ahead. Around-the-clock delivery is available in Saint Petersburg.

For Russian deliveries, the courier calls the recipient about 15 minutes before arrival, and delivery is anonymous by default: the courier does not name the sender. A card with your text is free, so include your name there if you want to identify yourself. If the recipient is absent, we agree a second delivery that day or a handover to a neighbour or concierge with the sender’s consent. Consult Delivery and payment when arranging a Russian order, and keep these conditions separate from the details of your Egyptian order.
