Flower delivery to the Philippines with Pyat Tsvetov

Pyat Tsvetov (5 Flowers) delivers flowers to 13 cities in the Philippines, including Manila, Caloocan, Imus and Muntinlupa. To arrange flower delivery to the Philippines, choose a bouquet on our country or city page, enter the recipient’s address and your card message, and pay online in rubles. The displayed bouquet price already includes delivery.
Customers arranging a gift from another country often need help with three decisions: whether the destination is covered, which bouquet suits the occasion, and what details to enter. We have served customers since 2011 and have three flower shops in Saint Petersburg. This guide explains how to prepare a Philippine order, choose flowers thoughtfully and help the recipient enjoy them after arrival.
Check the Philippine destination before choosing flowers
Start with the Philippines delivery page and check the city before comparing bouquets. Our coverage includes 13 cities; examples are Caloocan, Dasmariñas, General Trias, Imus, Kawit, Mandaluyong city, Manila and Muntinlupa. These examples are not the complete list. Use the destination listings to check the recipient’s city rather than assuming that a nearby city has the same coverage.
Ask the recipient or someone who knows the address for the full delivery details. Include the building or house number, street, apartment or unit where relevant, and the correct city. A familiar neighbourhood name can be useful context, but it should accompany a complete address. Check the spelling against the recipient’s own address details before submitting the order.
For a destination elsewhere, the Flower delivery abroad page lists all supported countries and cities in Russian. We deliver internationally to 53 countries and more than 1,630 cities. Coverage is destination-specific, so check the relevant listing each time you send flowers to a new address. A previous order to Manila does not establish availability for every Philippine destination.
Place the order and check payment details
Choose your bouquet from the country or city page, then enter the delivery address and card text. Read the bouquet description carefully so that your decision rests on the arrangement offered for that destination. Keep the recipient’s details separate from the message they will read. Before paying, review the city, address and spelling of names together.
For orders abroad, prices are already converted to rubles and include delivery. Online checkout uses CloudPayments; check the payment options displayed there before completing your purchase. Acceptance of every foreign-issued card is not guaranteed. If your bank account uses another currency, consult your bank’s terms for any currency conversion or charges it may apply.
Treat the delivery date as a detail to check for the Philippine destination before building a celebration around the arrival. Our Russian express service and Russian delivery windows do not establish timing for an international order. If you need clarification about the order, call 8 (812) 507-67-05. Keep the destination and your intended date ready so that your enquiry is specific.
Bouquets we can deliver
Choose a bouquet that fits the person and occasion
Begin with the recipient’s preferences: favourite colours, flowers they enjoy, and the kind of arrangement they have space to display. For a birthday, a palette that reflects their taste can feel more personal than choosing by flower symbolism alone. For an anniversary, think about flowers connected with a shared memory. Compare those preferences with the bouquets actually listed for the destination.
Consider where the flowers will be received and displayed. A large arrangement needs suitable space, while a more compact bouquet may be easier to place on a desk or small table. If the gift is going to a workplace, consider whether the recipient will need to carry it home. Use the listed size and arrangement details, where provided, to make that decision.
Flower meanings vary between families, cultures and individuals, so avoid treating a colour as a universal message. Red roses commonly suggest romance, which may be unsuitable for a formal thank-you unless that meaning is intended. For condolences, follow the family’s wishes or known customs rather than guessing from a general colour guide. A clear card message helps explain your intention.
Write a card that makes the gift feel personal
A useful card message names the occasion and says something specific about the person. For a birthday, mention a quality you appreciate or a memory you share, then add your wishes for the year ahead. Two or three sincere sentences usually give the flowers enough context. Read the message aloud once to catch wording that feels stiff or impersonal.
When sending across languages, use the language the recipient reads most comfortably. Check names, affectionate forms of address and any translated phrase before entering the text. Simple wording is especially helpful when humour or idioms might lose their meaning. Include your name if you want the recipient to know immediately who sent the gift.
For an apology, state what you are sorry for without making the flowers a request for forgiveness. For sympathy, a brief expression of care is often more appropriate than advice or an attempt to explain the loss. For a professional thank-you, identify the help or kindness you appreciated. Keep practical delivery instructions out of the card text so that the message remains for the recipient.
Help the recipient keep cut flowers fresh
For cut stems intended for a vase, start with a clean vase and fresh water. Remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline, then trim the stem ends with a clean, sharp tool before arranging them. If flower food is supplied, follow the packet instructions for the amount of water used. For an arrangement in a container, follow any accompanying care instructions before dismantling it.
Choose a display position away from direct sunlight, heaters and strong airflow. In a warm room, look for the coolest practical spot where the bouquet can still be enjoyed. Keep flowers away from ripening fruit, which releases ethylene and can shorten the display life of sensitive flowers. Avoid leaving a vase where it could be knocked over by a door, curtain or passing bag.
Check the water daily and replenish it as needed, keeping submerged foliage out of the vase. Change the water when it becomes cloudy and wash the vase to remove residue. Remove faded flowers carefully so that the rest of the arrangement stays tidy. Different stems age at different rates, so assess individual flowers rather than expecting the entire bouquet to fade together.
Sending flowers to Russia as well as the Philippines
If your next gift is for someone in Russia, we deliver flowers across the country. Choose a bouquet from the Bouquets catalogue and check the destination details when ordering. City delivery costs 500 RUB; for remote districts and suburbs, the operator confirms the delivery price when confirming the order. This Russian city fee is separate from the delivery-inclusive pricing for orders abroad.
In large Russian cities, express delivery is available within 1–2 hours after order confirmation. Other Russian options include an exact time with a tolerance of plus or minus 30 minutes, or windows of 09–12, 12–15, 15–18 and 18–21. Orders can also be placed 1–30 days ahead. Delivery in Saint Petersburg is available around the clock; that schedule should not be assumed for other destinations.
For Russian deliveries, the courier calls the recipient about 15 minutes before arrival, and the sender is not named by default. A card with your text is free, so sign it if you want to identify yourself. If the recipient is absent, we agree a second delivery that day or, with the sender’s consent, hand the flowers to a neighbour or concierge. See Delivery and payment when preparing a Russian order.
