How fast is the delivery?

Usually within 1–2 hours after the order is confirmed. You can also schedule a specific date and time.

Can I order from abroad?

Yes. The easiest way is to message us on WhatsApp or Telegram — we confirm the bouquet, the address and a convenient payment option.

Will I see the bouquet before delivery?

On request we send a photo of the assembled bouquet before the courier leaves, and a photo of the recipient after delivery.

What if a flower is out of stock?

We assemble the bouquet exactly as shown. If something is unavailable, our operator agrees an equivalent replacement in advance.
